Fields from saved searches are not avaiable to create a criteria

    If I'm understanding your question correctly, you're exporting data from NetSuite via a saved search, and when you attempt to add additional search criteria:

    The fields available in the additional search criteria need to be refreshed. 


    If you try that and are still unable to see the fields you expect, please open a support ticket or attend an office hours session.
