Salesforce Netsuite IA - Customer Real Time not showing balance, overdue fields

The IA's Customer Real Time flow for NS is not showing the following fields on the export data, even though these fields are NS native and the user used for the connection is administrator (type 3)

Fields: 

balance

daysoverdue overduebalance
