Shopify - NetSuite Integration: NetSuite Items for Orders configuration
I am curious what others are doing with their NetSuite configuration with regards to the following items:
Shopify Default Tax - Celigo calls for the creation of a Default Tax Code in NetSuite but gives no guidance as to how this should be configured. e.g. what to do about selecting the appropriate Tax Agency and Tax Account. How have others handled this?
Shopify Gift Card Redemption - Celigo asks for the creation of a non-inventory, non-fulfillable item called "Shopify Gift Card Redemption" but gives no guidance as to what sort of non-inventory item this should be. Should this be setup as a Payment type item?
Shopify Tax Variance Adjustment - Celigo asks for the creation of a non-inventory, non-fulfillable item called "Shopify Tax Variance Adjustment" but gives no guidance as to what sort of non-inventory item this should be. What type of items have others used for this?
Thanks for the feedback!

Chad,
Thanks for posting this to the community. I’m moving this to the Shopify - Netsuite Integration apps section.
I’m also checking with our experts. In the meantime, check out the following resources:

Since there were never any replies to this post, I am adding a comment with the advice that Celigo tech support gave me. Hopefully, this helps somebody else in the future.
Shopify Default Tax - Sales Tax Item - 0.0% rate. Tax Agency and Tax Account do not matter. Pick your most used accounts. No need to create a new one.
Shopify Gift Card Redemption - Non-inventory item for sale
Shopify Tax Variance Adjustment - Non-inventory item for sale
