Netsuite to salesforce

 I want ingest Sales Order from NetSuite to Opportunity in Salesforce

Each Sales Order record (in NetSuite) is linked to a Customer record

While ingesting Sales Order record, we would also like to access and map attributes of linked Customer record.

 

So, the question is, what are the possible ways to achieve this?

    I've not done this myself, but I'd say you do a lookup to that customer and map that combined payload to the Sales Order. You'd need a custom flow for that obviously

    Hello Ketan,

    Can you provide more details on what attributes are you interested to sync for the linked customers?

    You can try using the NetSuite Sales Order to Salesforce Opportunity Add/Update flow and use the lookup to get those linked customer fields
