problem related to custom flow

I am trying to  make a custom flow from shopify to netsuite 

Use Case1-Get Shopify Products->Lookup Product Metafields and Create/Update
Netsuite Items
● This flow will work for Inventory Items and Matrix Inventory Items. Other Item Types
would have to be scoped as separate flows.

so for this, I have first created an item in Shopify, for example, a wrangler shirt, and specified variants as blue and black and tried to import the wrangler shirt as a matrix item and variants as matrix subitems which is worked but I manually give the Matrix Option - Color (Name). now In that particular flow, I  have to implement logic or filter when a simple product comes from Shopify it will create an inventory item in NetSuite and if a product with variants comes from Shopify it will create a matrix and matrix subitem in Netsuite. I am not able to give the filters. I gave the filters but it didn't work.
