How can I solve this problem "No data to show - application responded with an error"

When we perform GET method in Celigo from Pitney Bows to Netsuite .We got correct HTTp response using the Relative URI .But raise an error message     "No data to show - application responded with an error" in parsed output in Celigo  .Please Help  me to find a solution

    FT Support Could you share what you are seeing in the HTTP response tab? Also, if you could confirm what is the response media type for the API?
