Shopify to NetSuite fufillment flow creating in "Picked" status

In Shopify, fulfillment flow from Shopify->NetSuite, the fulfillments are being created in "Picked" status and not "Shipped" status. How can we make it create in "Shipped" status?

    In that flow's mapping, have you set the Destination mapping for Status?
