    Hi @Michael Salib,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. To answer your query, Microsoft’s API documents state that only one user’s account can be synced to NetSuite. The sharer’s userId is required to access the shared folder, thereby restricting access to one user’s account at a time.

    The possible solutions that can be implemented are as follows:

    • Create one flow per user with a separate connection
    • If possible, CC or BCC an admin user from the client’s organization and use the admin user to authenticate the flow.
    • For incoming emails received from outside the organization, check with Microsoft or the customer’s IT team if the synchronization process can be applied for such emails as well.
