Failed transfers

Hi everyone, I have an open support ticket that I'm not seeing replies on so I thought I would bring my question here.

Lately we are seeing a large number of errors on flows. Some of them have red button with failed whereas other have a red button with complete.

Am I to understand that the flows which have a red button but say complete have self recovered and the files were actually successfully transferred?

We ran for a month or so with no errors and now lately it's happening daily but I don't know if I need to manually find and resubmit files or if the system is designed to retry and resend these files? We transfer somewhere in the range of 5000 to 10000 files daily so management of these flows if we have to go manual is a substantial amount of work.

Thank you

I mentioned your ticket to support's attention for follow up.

When the FTP export status in "Failed" state such as what you had because of FTP connection failure, then the files were not even picked up by Celigo yet, so no records were processed

When the FTP import status is in "Complete" and red, it means there are errors that you can retry. Platform will auto-retry if the error is classified as "intermittent". You can retry the errors by selecting a batch of errors and submit for retry (max 1k errors) per submission.

You'll need to evaluate why the flow is getting errors recently - what has changed recently - and fix the root cause. FYI, you can also automate retrying errors by building an integration using errors API and using integrator.io connector will not consume your endpoint entitlement.

    Thanks
