    I mentioned your ticket to support's attention for follow up.

    When the FTP export status in "Failed" state such as what you had because of FTP connection failure, then the files were not even picked up by Celigo yet, so no records were processed 

    When the FTP import status is in "Complete" and red, it means there are errors that you can retry. Platform will auto-retry if the error is classified as "intermittent". You can retry the errors by selecting a batch of errors and submit for retry (max 1k errors) per submission. 

    You'll need to evaluate why the flow is getting errors recently - what has changed recently - and fix the root cause. FYI, you can also automate retrying errors by building an integration using errors API and using connector will not consume your endpoint entitlement.
