Netsuite Customer to Shopify Customer Flow Created tons of blank address in Netsuite

We are pushing tens of thousands of customer records over to Shopify. We noticed early into this flow, some customers are getting hundreds and hundreds of new blank addresses added to to the customer record after celigo writes back the address ID to NetSuite. Has anyone seen this before?

  • I've faced the same issue. How to delete all the ceated addresses ? Is it possible with a flow ?

  • hi Caroline,

    we had a Script written by our ACS team. this script used a saved search to find "Blank" address's and delete them. we executed this manually once, to delete over 2.5 million blank address's and now we have it running on a schedule once per week. 

    It does appear we are still seeing this issue occur however, even though the Sr Product Manager above mentioned the bug has been fixed. i will have to reach back out to them.

    Sorry to hear that issue is still occurring. Can you please confirm if the address is not empty in Shopify and still an empty address in created in NetSuite? Can you please share steps to reproduce the issue? Please submit a support ticket and share the records, so that we can look into the issue.
