Conditionally change fulfillment notification based on selected shipping method
I am working in a sandbox environment based on my production Shopify--integrator.io--NetSuite setup. I have read this article and my fulfillments are working fine.
Is it possible to select a customer notification based on which shipping option has been selected? With the default messaging, ALL fulfilled orders trigger the Shipping confirmation. However, when a customer has opted for in-store pickup, that message is confusing and misleading as it says that a shipment is on the way.
I want to trigger the Ready for Pickup notification when the customer selects In-store Pickup at checkout?

Our team tried replicating the issue and it is working fine for us. For In-store pickup, we are correctly getting the ready-to-pick-up notification and for the Shipping method as Ship, we are getting the ready-to-be-shipped notification. We request you reach out to Shopify support for this.
