Anyway to add a time delay to the Scheduled Shopify order to NetSuite order (cash sale or sales order)?

Hello,

We are wondering if there is a way using the prebuilt flow to do the following:

1. Use the delta export type

2. Add a 1-2 minute delay in the orders that get selected.

Basically:

1. The data needs to have been modified

2. AND the order is older than 2 minutes.

We are trying to edit our orders before they are synced to NetSuite.

Thanks,

  • I think it's rolling out in the next day or two based on what I saw on the release email.  I need this feature two. We have some app/integrations that run and need to complete before an order syncs.

  • I think this feature got delivered by celigo today.  You should be able to add an offset like that. Check the release notes for the IA.

  • David Gollom Awesome news. Same here I have been doing manual adjustments for the orders that sneak through very tedious.

    Thanks for the help!

  • Balasubramanian Mahadevan I am still not seeing that setting on our account. It should just be in the settings here correct?

  • Hi Edward McQuinn, thank you for letting us know that you are still unable to see the Sync orders created prior to setting. I checked with our development team and they have informed me that for existing customers, this setting does not seem to work.  We are working to fix this issue and it should be in place in a week's time. Please let us know if you are still not able to see the setting once the issue is fixed.
