I'm trying to create a custom flow to update Bill of Materials records (that already exist) in Netsuite, from an inventory system called Fishbowl (being referenced via MySQL).
In this example record, the external IDs for both are a string "2.0" - I had to write a hook to convert the Fishbowl int to string because Netsuite apparently automatically converted it upon import, since the "External ID" field is a varchar.
This is what I've configured in the Import object:
But this is the error I get when I try and run it:
To me this says that there's something wrong with the way Celigo is trying to go about the match, because if the problem were in the ExternalID, I'd think that would throw an error before getting to the InternalID point.
This could very easily be user error as I'm new to Celigo, and there's something I'm supposed to be doing that I haven't set up, but I've had an open ticket and been trying to get answers from Celigo support for a week and they have not been able to provide any answers. Any help from the community would be much appreciated!
