@sushil patil I'm totally sure they have Name and StageName everything is correct but they still failing.

I have assigned stageName for opportunities both statically and dynamically. However, the problem is that some opportunities are updated with the same criteria.

that was the solution, when i unchecked the following the issue is fixed and the invoice is created in Netsuite.

After a lot of investigations, that error was related to missing Celigo bundle update.Once the update pushed the issue is fixed.
