Error on Order Import
Data Flow: Walmart Order to NetSuite Order On-Demand Add
Error Message: UNABLE_TO_EXPORT_DATA
Reason: This may be an issue with the Walmart credentials. This usually happens when the user generates a new "Secret Key" from their seller.walmart.com login, which leads to rendering the old keys obsolete.
Resolution:
- Check if the Walmart Connection went offline.
- If it did, try saving it again with the Consumer ID/Secret Key that you have and see if it is working.
- If not, you need to enter the new key or regenerate it.
- Retry the On-Demand flow by adding the order ID to the set text field and saving.
- It should trigger the flow, which you will be able to see in the dashboard.
