Set up a connection to Jasper PIM

Jasper PIM is a product information management (PIM) system used to centralize, merchandise, and synchronize product data throughout the e-commerce business.

Set up a connection

This video demonstrates creating a Jasper PIM connection.

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings: 

Setting Instructions
Name your connection * Enter a clear and distinguishable name.
Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.
Subdomain * Enter your Jasper PIM subdomain. For example, if your Jasper PIM account URL is https://dtkzikqsoa.oci-1.jasperpim.com, then dtkzikqsoa.oci-1 is your subdomain.
API key *

Enter your Jasper PIM API key.
Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s API key safe. When editing this form later, you must enter this token again; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.

How to retrieve the API key

  1. Sign in to your Jasper PIM account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > API keys.
  3. Click Create token.
  4. Select User.
  5. Enter Key name.
  6. Click Create. The My API key message appears.
  7. Copy the new API key.

Important: If you do not copy your new API key, you cannot see the key again.
