Set up a connection to TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop is a personalized and fully integrated e-commerce platform, which enables merchants, brands, and creators to showcase and sell products directly on TikTok.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Setting Instructions
Name your connection * Enter a clear and distinguishable name.
Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.
Version *

Select your TikTok Shop account API version.

Service region *

Select your TikTok Shop service region (either Non-US or US).

App key/Client ID *

Enter your TikTok Shop app key/client ID.

App secret/Client secret *

Enter your TikTok Shop app secret/client secret.
Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s partner key safe. When editing this form later, you must enter this token again; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.

Service ID *

Enter your TikTok Shop service ID.

Tip: This connector documentation describes only the settings shown for the Simple view. For the corresponding HTTP settings, see OAuth 2.0 auth universal connector documentation.

  1. Sign in to your TikTok Shop Partner Center account.
  2. Navigate to App and service.
  3. Select the required application. For more information on how to create an app, see “Create an app” (Legacy or New).
  4. Navigate to Developing.
  5. Copy App key (client ID).
  6. Copy App secret (client secret).
  7. Copy the ID (service ID), which is below the app name. For more information on how to identify the service ID, see “User authorization work” (Legacy or New).

Note: While you create exports and imports, you should enter the Shop ID value in the Query parameters.

  1. Open API testing tool.
  2. From App key, select the required application app key.
  3. Click Get shop authorization and select the Region.
  4. Sign in to your Seller Central account.
  5. Read the message and click Authorize. You will be redirected to the API testing tool page.
  6. Copy the Shop ID.
