Set up a connection to TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop is a personalized and fully integrated e-commerce platform, which enables merchants, brands, and creators to showcase and sell products directly on TikTok.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Name your connection * 

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

OAuth 2.0 client *  

Select the OAuth 2.0 client that stores the service region, client ID, client secret, and service ID provided by TikTok Shop.

How to retrieve the client ID, client secret, and service ID 

To add an OAuth 2.0 client and configure your credentials, click the plus (+) button. Click the edit ( edit.svg ) button to modify a selected OAuth 2.0 client. For more information, see  Create an OAuth 2.0 iClient resource.

App key * 

Enter your TikTok Shop app key.

How to retrieve the app key 

App secret * 

Enter your TikTok Shop app secret.

Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s partner key safe. When editing this form later, you must enter this token again; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.

How to retrieve the service region, app key/client ID, service ID, and app secret/client secret

  1. Sign in to your TikTok Shop Partner Center account.

  2. Navigate to App and service.

  3. Select the required application. For more information on how to create an app, see Create an app.

    Note

    In the Redirect URI field, copy and paste the URI mentioned below depending on your instance:

    • For NA: paste https://integrator.io/connection/oauth2callback

    • For EU: paste https://eu․integrator.io/connection/oauth2callback

  4. Navigate to Developing.

  5. Copy App key (client ID).

  6. Copy App secret (client secret).

  7. Copy the ID (service ID) which is below the app name. For more information on how to identify the service ID, see  User authorization work.

How to retrieve the shop ID

Note

While you create exports and imports, you should enter the Shop ID value in the Query parameters.

  1. Open API testing tool.

  2. From App key, select the required application app key.

  3. Click Get shop authorization and select the Region.

  4. Sign in to your Seller Central account.

  5. Read the message and click Authorize. You will be redirected to the API testing tool page.

  6. Copy the Shop ID.
