Set up a connection to Skai (Formerly Kenshoo)

Skai is a marketing platform, where brands and agencies get data-driven marketing intelligence and measurement technology at scale.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings: 

Setting Instructions
Name your connection * Enter a clear and distinguishable name.
Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.
KS *

Enter your Skai KS (server ID).

Client ID *

Enter your Skai client ID.

Refresh token *

Enter your Skai refresh token.
Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s refresh token safe. When editing this form later, you must enter this token again; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.

How to retrieve the client ID and refresh token

  1. Sign in to your Skai account.
  2. Navigate to the API page.
  3. Copy the Client ID.
  4. Copy the Refresh token.

How to retrieve the KS (server ID)

  1. Sign in to your Skai account.
  2. Navigate to Administration > About Skai.
  3. Copy the Server ID.
