Set up a connection to X-Cart

X-Cart is an e-commerce platform that provides businesses with a solution to build and manage online stores.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection , configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Setting	Instructions
Name your connection *	Enter a clear and distinguishable name. Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.
X-Cart path *	Enter your X-Cart account path. For example, if your X-Cart account URL is `https://celigo/api/products/1`, then `celigo` is your path. For more information, see Installing and configuring REST API.
API key*	Enter your X-Cart API key. Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s API key safe. How to retrieve the API key

Sign in to your X-Cart account.
Navigate to the REST API module > Settings.
Select the required API key (Read/write or Only read).
Enter a Name.
Click Submit.
Copy the API key.
