Set up a connection to Bazaarvoice

Bazaarvoice is a prominent provider of user-generated content and customer review solutions, helping businesses capture and leverage authentic customer feedback to enhance brand reputation and drive sales.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Name your connection * 

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

API type * 

Choose your Bazaarvoice account API type:

  • Conversation: Get review, question, answer, comment, profile, product catalog, and statistical details

  • Product sentiment export: Get product sentiment export insight details

  • Notification: Get end-user subscription details

  • Privacy: Get RTBF and ROA details

  • Displaycontentexport: Get display content export, author, review, and client response details

  • Response: Get author, review, and client response details

Account type * 

Select your Bazaarvoice account environment type:

  • Production: if your account URL is https://api.bazaarvoice.com

  • Sandbox: if your account URL is https://stg.api.bazaarvoice.com

API type: Conversation API  

API version * 

Enter your Bazaarvoice account API version. For more information, see Versioning.

Auth token * 

Enter your Bazaarvoice authentication token.

Pass key * 

Enter your Bazaarvoice API key provided by the Bazaarvoice support team. For more information, see Request new keys.

Bazaarvoice signature *

Enter your Bazaarvoice API key provided by the Bazaarvoice support team. For more information, see Request new keys.

Client * 

Enter your Bazaarvoice client instance name.

Email type * 

Select your email type for notification.

Enter your Bazaarvoice app client ID.

Client secret *
