Reviews.io tools allow users to gather feedback from customers about their experiences with products or services.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings: 

Setting Instructions
Name your connection * Enter a clear and distinguishable name.
Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.
Store ID *

Enter your Reviews.io store ID.

Fetch data How to retrieve the store ID
Subdomain * Select your Reviews.io account subdomain (Non-UK or UK).
API key *

Enter your Reviews.io API key.
Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s API key safe. When editing this form later, you must enter this token again; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.

How to retrieve the store ID and API key

  1. Sign in to your Reviews.io account.
  2. Navigate to Integrations > API credentials.
  3. Copy the Store ID.
  4. Copy the API key. For more information, see API credentials.
