ServiceTitan is a comprehensive software platform designed for the home and commercial service industries, offering tools for managing scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and customer relationships.
After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

OAuth 2.0 client * |
Select the OAuth 2.0 client that stores the client ID and client secret provided to you by ServiceTitan. How to retrieve the client ID and client secret To add an OAuth 2.0 client and configure your credentials, click the plus (+) button. Click the edit button to modify a selected OAuth 2.0 client. App key * |
Enter your ServiceTitan App key. |

Sign in to your ServiceTitan developer account.

Navigate to Integrations > API Application Access. The Manage API application access page opens.

Choose the App you want to connect.

From Application details, copy the Tenant ID.

Sign in to your ServiceTitan developer account.

Click New apps.

Enter an Application name and Organization name.

Enter Celigo integrator.io Redirect URI.

Enter the Tenant IDs.

Select the Scopes.

Click Save.

Navigate to Integrations > API Application Access. The Manage API application access page opens.

Choose the App you want to connect.

Allow access to the API scopes.

Copy the Client ID.

Copy the Client secret.

Sign in to your ServiceTitan developer account.

Click New apps.

Enter an Application name and Organization name.

Enter Celigo integrator.io Redirect URI.

Enter the Tenant IDs.

Select the Scopes.

Click Save.

Click the App. For more information, see App key.

Copy the Application key.
