Oracle Field Service Cloud is a cloud-based solution designed to optimize field service management by intelligently scheduling, routing, and tracking service technicians in real-time.
After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Enter your Oracle Field Service Cloud client secret. Multiple layers of protection, including AES 256 encryption, are in place to keep your secret safe. When editing this connection, you must re-enter this value each time; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text. |

Select the OAuth 2.0 client that stores the client ID and client secret provided to you by Oracle Field Service Manager. Sign in to your Oracle Field Service Manage account.

Navigate to Configuration > and select the Application. For detailed information on how to create an application, see Authorize.

From Authentication settings, copy the Client ID.and client secret.
