Set up a connection to OneStock

OneStock is an Order Management System (OMS) that helps retailers unify inventory across all sales channels to optimize fulfillment and delivery.

Set up a connection

This video demonstrates creating a OneStock connection.

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Setting

Instructions

Name your connection *

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

API Version

Select your OneStock API version (either V2 or V3).

Environment *

Select the required environment.

  • Production: if your account URL is https://api.onestock-retail.com

  • Test: If your account URL is https://api-qualif.onestock-retail.com

Auth type *

Select your OneStock account authentication type (either Custom or Token).

Site ID *

Enter your OneStock site ID. For example, if your URL is https://admin-qualif.onestock-retail.com/c1380/order/list, then c1380 is your site ID.

User ID *

Enter your OneStock account username.

Password *

Enter your OneStock password.

Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s password safe. When editing this form later, you must enter this value again; it is stored only for a saved connection.

Tip

This connector documentation describes only the settings shown for the Simple view. For the corresponding HTTP settings, see Custom and token auth universal connector documentation.
