Problem
When an order with an international shipping address is imported from eBay via the Integration App, a US tax form is assigned instead of the corresponding country.
Solution
The integrator.io bundle should be updated. There are two mappings that must be added.
- Please check that the integrator.io bundle is updated.
- Next, add these two mappings:
- Once those mappings have been added, please try the order import again. If the same issue occurs, create a support ticket.
