Maxio (formerly Chargify) is a subscription billing and financial operations platform that helps B2B SaaS companies manage recurring billing, automate invoicing and dunning, track SaaS metrics, and handle revenue recognition with accurate reporting and compliance.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

Enter your Maxio subdomain. For example, if https://test2.chargify.com is your URL, then test2 is the subdomain.

Environment *

Seelct your Maxio account environment region (US or EU).

Server *

Select your Maxio server:

  • Production (US): if your URL is https://{site}.chargify.com

  • Production (EU): if your URL is https://{site}.ebilling.maxio.com

  • EBB (US): if your URL is https://events.chargify.com/{site}

  • EBB (EU): if your URL is https://events.chargify.com/{site}

API key*

Enter your Maxio API key.

Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s API key safe. When editing this form later, you must enter this token again; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.
