Set up a connection to RetailOps

RetailOps platform designed to help retailers manage and streamline their operations. It provides tools for inventory management, order fulfillment, purchasing, reporting, and customer management.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required *authentication settings:

Name your connection *

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

API key *

Enter your RetailOps API key.

Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s API token safe. When editing this form later, you must enter this token again; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.

How to retrieve the API key

  1. Sign in to your RetailOps account.

  2. Navigate to Administration > System config > Users.

  3. Select your user account.

  4. Click Add API key.

  5. Copy the API key.

Note

Make sure to save your API key securely since it will not be displayed again.
