Sign in to your Pitney Bowes account.

Navigate to API keys.

Copy the required API key and API secret, depending on the environment you’re connecting to.

If you want to regenerate the API key and secret, email the Pitney Bowes support team.

Sign in to your Pitney Bowes developer account.

Navigate to ShippingAPI > API keys.

In the Sandbox key/Production key, click + Generate key, depending on the environment you’re connecting to.

Copy the Client ID.

Copy the Client secret.
