SurveyMonkey is a web-based service that lets you create, send, and analyze surveys. It provides a wide range of tools and features for creating professional-looking surveys, including survey templates, question types, and custom branding options.
This video demonstrates creating a SurveyMonkey connection.
After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Sign in to your SurveyMonkey developer account.

Navigate to My apps.

Click Add a new app. The App creation page opens.

Enter App nickname.

Provide mail ID for App creator.

Click Select an app type.

Click Create app.

Copy Client ID.

Copy Client secret.
