Set up a connection to Loop Returns – Celigo Help Center

Loop Returns is a returns platform that helps to improve retention by encouraging your customers to exchange rather than request a refund.

Set up a connection

This video demonstrates creating a Loop Returns connection.

After you start the connection, you have to configure it in the Create connection panel and must complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Setting	Instructions
Name your connection *	Enter a clear and distinguishable name. Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.
API version *	Select the API version, either v1 or v2 depending on the Loop Returns API version you're using. Based on the selected API version, you will be able to use the respective API operations.
API key *	Enter your Loop Returns API key. Multiple layers of protection, including AES 256 encryption, are in place to keep your API key safe. When editing this connection, you must re-enter this value each time; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text. How to retrieve the API key

How to retrieve the API key

Sign in to your Loop Returns developer account.
Navigate to Settings > Developers > API keys.
Click Generate API key.
Select the required scopes. For more information on scopes, see API key scopes.
Click Generate.
Copy API key.

Note: You can use the existing API key if you've already generated it.
