Set up a connection to Easyship

Easyship is a cloud-based shipping management tool that helps you to sync your orders, generate pre-filled labels, and get automatically updated tracking numbers in your store.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all the required * authentication settings:

Name your connection * 

Enter a clear and distinguishable name. Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

API type *

Choose your Easyship API type:

  • Legacy: Manage shipments, rates, labels, and tracking using Easyship’s legacy API endpoints for existing or older integrations that haven’t migrated yet.

  • 2024-09: Work with the latest Easyship APIs featuring updated endpoints and data models for new integrations and long-term support.

Access token * 

Enter your Easyship access token.

Multiple layers of protection, including AES 256 encryption, are in place to keep your access token safe. When editing this connection, you must re-enter this value each time; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.

How to retrieve the access token (Legacy)

  1. Sign in to your Easyship account.

  2. Navigate to Connect > + New Integrations.

  3. Click API integration.

  4. From Integration type, select Celigo.

  5. Enter Integration name.

  6. Click Connect. The Integration page appears.

  7. Copy the Access token.

How to retrieve the access token (2024-09)

  1. Sign in to your Easyship account.

  2. Navigate to Connect > + New Integrations.

  3. Click API integration.

  4. From Integration type, select I'm developing a custom integration.

  5. Enter Integration name.

  6. Select API version.

  7. Click Connect. The Integration page appears.

  8. Copy the Access token.
