Understand the Magento 2 - NetSuite Integration App dependent flows

The dependent flows are either auto-triggered or run in sequence by one of the existing integration flows. You can’t schedule, enable, or run the dependent flows. These flows are available on the Integration App user interface that was previously available only in the backend code.

For more information, refer to Intro to Error Management.

Magento 2 product ID to NetSuite item (update)

The flow syncs the product ID information from Magento 2 and updates the same on the NetSuite item record. This flow auto-triggers when you run the “NetSuite Item to Magento Product Add/Update” flow. This flow is available in the Flows > Product section.

Magento 2 order to NetSuite order Add (on-demand sync)

The flow performs on-demand sync up to ten orders from Magento 2 and creates sales orders in NetSuite. This flow is auto-triggered when you enter incremental order IDs in the Magento order IDs setting (Settings > Orders section > Orders sub-tab) and click Save. You can update mappings in the “Magento Order to NetSuite Order Add” flow. This flow is available in the Flows > Order section.
