Gainsight Customer Communities is an online platform that supports Gainsight users by offering guides, documentation, discussions, and resources around managing Customer Communities.
After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Sign in to your Gainsight CC admin account.

Navigate to Integrations > API.

Enter an application Label.

Click Create an OAuth 2.0 client.

Copy the Client ID.

Copy the Client secret.
