Enhanced invoice matching logic to improve payment accuracy

You can now configure stricter invoice-matching logic to require an exact match on Customer name, Invoice number, and Invoice amount before applying a payment. This enhancement minimizes the risk of incorrect payment application, especially when inaccurate invoice numbers are provided, and helps prevent downstream reconciliation issues for high-volume customers.

See the new checkbox, Apply payments to open invoices using triple match verification under Flows > Bank file to NetSuite [Store Name]; then, click Settings > Advanced settings and expand Match settings. This setting improves the accuracy of the payment application by processing only fully matched transactions. It also disables the use of simpler matching methods, such as Identify invoice using amount and Apply payments to open invoices to enforce stricter logic.
