Monitor EDIFACT flows and documents

The EDI activity dashboard lets EDI admins centrally monitor and manage EDIFACT and X12 data processing across all integration tiles in your integrator.io account. You can use this dashboard to track flow performance, monitor acknowledgment statuses, and resolve processing errors in real time.

Prerequisites

Before you can monitor EDIFACT activities, ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • Subscription: You must have a valid B2B Manager subscription.

  • Permissions: You must have Admin or Manage All permissions to view account-level dashboard data.

  • Configuration: Only completed flows with an assigned EDI profile appear in the dashboard.

Dashboard – Access point to EDI activity

To access your EDI data, go to DashboardEDI activity. The dashboard displays 100 records per page and is divided into two views: Documents and Flows.

Check the title of the MDN activity log and read through the status message to get visbility into the issue and resolve it.
