Install the BambooHR – NetSuite quickstart integration template

You can install the BambooHR – NetSuite quickstart template from the integrator.io Marketplace.

Before you install

A. Create your Celigo iPaaS account

Sign up for an integrator.io account with administrative access.

B. Enable SuiteTalk (web services) and SuiteScript bundle

Log in to your NetSuite account to prepare for installing the required NetSuite bundle:

1. Go to Setup > Company > Enable features > Company.
2. Under Data management, select File cabinet.
3. Under SuiteCloud, select Custom records, Client SuiteScript, Server SuiteScript, and Web services.
4. Click Save.

Install the BambooHR – NetSuite quickstart integration template

From the BambooHR Marketplace options, select the NetSuite template and click Preview.

1. Click the Marketplace menu in integrator.io.
   
2. Review the template’s contents and the ReadMe file, and click Install to begin.

Set up the connections and integrate with NetSuite

Next, you’re presented with setup options for BambooHR and NetSuite.

Connect to BambooHR

Click to Configure the BambooHR connection.

If you have already set up a connection to BambooHR, select Use existing connection and choose it from the Connection list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your BambooHR account credentials.

Connect to NetSuite

Click to Configure the NetSuite connection. Next, provide your NetSuite account credentials for manual or automatic token-based authentication.

If you have already set up a connection to NetSuite, select Use existing connection and choose it from the Connection list. Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your NetSuite account credentials.

Install integrator bundle

This step connects to NetSuite using the credentials you provided above and detects whether the common Celigo integrator bundle is already installed. If not, it will be installed in your NetSuite account for you.

The bundle status will change to “Installed.”

Install NetSuite integration bundle (412347)

The integration bundle manages the NetSuite custom fields specific to this template – departments, customers, and employees – automatically for you. Complete this installation before running the flows in your newly installed template.

1. Sign in to your NetSuite account.
2. From the Customization menu, select Suite bundler > Search and install bundles.
   
3. Enter the bundle ID (412347) into the Keywords field, and click Search.
   
4. Select this bundle, and click Install. The installation process could take a while.
