SAP Business One is business management software designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. As an ERP solution, it automates key business functions in financials, operations, and human resources. You can set up a connection to SAP Business One in integrator.io as the first step to integrating it with one or more other applications.

A. Set up a SAP Business One connection
In integrator.io, establish a connection to SAP Business One in either of the following ways:
- From the Resources menu, select Connections. Then, click + Create connection at the top right.
– or – - While working in a new or existing integration, you can add an application to a flow by clicking Add source or Add destination/lookup.
In the resulting Application list, select SAP Business One.
B. Provide SAP Business One connection details
On the Create Connection page, set the following options:

Name (required): Provide a clear and distinguishable name. Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection, and a unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting among a list of connections that you’ve created.
Application (required, non-editable): A reminder of the app to which you're creating a connection.
Server name/IP (required): Enter the server name or IP address where your SAP Business One server is located. Contact your SAP Administrator for details on this as well as the port, company database, username, and password you should specify.
Port (required): Enter the appropriate port number for your SAP Business One instance.
Company Database (required): Enter the name of the database provided by your SAP Administrator.
Username (required): Enter the username provided by your SAP Administrator.
Password (required): Enter the corresponding password for the username you specified above.

D. Test the connection
Click Test connection to check whether your connection is successful. A message appears to confirm a successful connection.
If you receive an error message, verify the settings under Application details are correct.
Once the configuration is complete, click Save & close.
