Set up a connection to SAP Business One

SAP Business One is business management software designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. As an ERP solution, it automates key business functions in financials, operations, and human resources. This is a connection to SAP Business One HANA.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Name your connection *

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

Server name/IP

Enter your SAP Business One server name or IP address. Contact your SAP administrator to get the server name or IP address details.

Port *

Enter your SAP Business One instance port number. The default port number is 50000.

Company database *

Enter your SAP Business One database name provided by your SAP administrator.

Username*

Enter your SAP Business One account username.

Password*

Enter your SAP Business One account password.

Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s password safe. When editing this form later, you must enter this token again; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.
