Configure and run flows in the Zendesk Support – NetSuite quickstart integration template

Additional record mapping or filter configuration is required to integrate the template’s exports and imports with your Zendesk Support and NetSuite apps.

Note that all of your flows are disabled when first installed. After configuring the flows, you may enable them in your Flows dashboard or in Flow Builder with the Off/On toggle button. Then run or schedule each flow.

Zendesk Support prospect organization to NetSuite prospect

The integration flow exports recently created organizations from Zendesk Support to prospects in NetSuite.

Built-in export: Get Zendesk Support organizations – Get all the Zendesk Support organizations that were modified since the last flow run time.

Built-in input filter: filter records

Built-in import: Import NetSuite prospects – Add (or update) prospects into NetSuite with the Name as the lookup identifier.

Before you begin

The NetSuite recordType field must be included in Zendesk Support.

Setup instructions

  1. Use an advanced Static: Value to Value lookup to map Prospects in the NetSuite Status field according to your business needs.
  2. Add subsidiary mappings (Standard, Hard-coded, etc.) to the Import NetSuite prospects step according to your business needs.
  3. Configure your NetSuite individuals field in the Import NetSuite prospects step according to your business needs.
  4. Create a custom drop-down list in the Import NetSuite prospects step to configure the Zendesk organizations as a NetSuite status in your import mapping.
  5. Create a custom text field in the Import NetSuite prospects step to configure the Zendesk Support organizations as a NetSuite record type and configure it in the filter rules.

Zendesk Support tickets to NetSuite cases

This integration exports recently created tickets from Zendesk Support to cases in NetSuite.

Before you begin

  1. Zendesk Support users must be available in NetSuite as employees.
  2. The Zendesk Support User Ids must be stored in a custom field in the NetSuite employee record.

Setup instructions

  1. Add subsidiary mappings (Standard, Hard-coded, etc.) for the Import NetSuite cases step.
  2. Configure your import mappings for the NetSuite Send to Customer and Company (InternalId) fields in the Import NetSuite cases step.
  3. Configure the advanced import mapping (Static: Value to Value lookup) for the Type (InternalId) field in the Import NetSuite cases step.
  4. Configure the advanced import mapping (Dynamic: NetSuite search lookup) for the Assigned To (Name) field in the Import NetSuite cases step.

Zendesk Support users to NetSuite employees

This integration exports recently created users from Zendesk Support as employees in NetSuite.
