Uninstall the Orderful - NetSuite integration app

Before you uninstall the Orderful - NetSuite integration app, you have to uninstall the individual Orderful trading partners within the integration app tile. Only the owner of the integrator.io account can uninstall the integration app.

Impact of uninstalling a trading partner

In integration app tile:

• All the backend docs, mapping details, customizations, and connection details are removed.
• The integration app tile is deleted, hence all the details of values set on the Settings will be deleted.

In NetSuite:

• The Orderful trading partner accounts are marked as inactive.
• The saved searches related to the Orderful - NetSuite integration app are deleted.

Uninstall an individual trading partner

1. Sign in to your integrator.io account and navigate to your Integration App tile.
2. On the top-right corner, select the appropriate trading partner you wish to uninstall.
3. Navigate to Admin > Uninstall.
4. Click Uninstall.
   On the confirmation window, click Uninstall.

Uninstall the Orderful - NetSuite integration app

Tip: Before you uninstall the integration app, be sure to uninstall the individual trading partner integrations. Uninstalling the integration app, it removes all components, including the integration tile, from your integrator.io account. After uninstalling you can re-install from the marketplace as long as you have a valid subscription. Be very certain that you want to uninstall it as this action cannot be undone.

1. Sign in to your integrator.io account and navigate to your integration app tile.
2. Navigate to Admin > Uninstall.
3. Click Uninstall.
4. On the confirmation window, click Uninstall.
