Set up a connection to Opendock

Opendock is a dock scheduling and appointment management platform that helps warehouses and carriers coordinate deliveries and pickups efficiently to reduce wait times, congestion, and operational delays.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Name your connection *

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

API type *

Choose your Opendock API type:

  • Warehouses: Manage warehouse locations, dock doors, operating hours, and capacity to control where and when freight can be scheduled

  • Carriers: Manage carrier profiles, supported equipment, and availability to enable seamless dock appointment scheduling with warehouses

Environment *

Select your Opendock environment type:

  • Production: if your account URL is https://neutron.opendock.com

  • Staging: if your account URL is https://neutron.staging.opendock.com

Username *

Enter your Opendock account username.

Password *

Enter your Opendock account password.

Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s password safe. When editing this form later, you must enter this key again; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.
