ServiceNow - NetSuite Quickstart integration template

The ServiceNow – NetSuite integration template lets you sync users, customers, companies, orders, contacts, sales orders, cases, and incidents between ServiceNow and NetSuite.

Supported integration flows

The Celigo quickstart bundle contains workflows you can easily configure and deploy without coding or IT support. The following built-in flows sync from the specified source data to the corresponding destination.

Gather your credentials

Before you install

Keep your ServiceNow and NetSuite account credentials ready:

Install the ServiceNow – NetSuite template

To install the ServiceNow – NetSuite template:

  1. Navigate to integrator.io > Marketplace.

  2. From the available templates, select either NetSuite or ServiceNow.

  3. Find the ServiceNow – NetSuite template and click Preview. The Install template page appears.

  4. Review the template’s contents and the ReadMe file, and click Install now to begin.

  5. Add credentials and install the NetSuite integrator.io bundle (bundle ID: 399477). 

  6. Install the template. 

Configure the ServiceNow - NetSuite flows

Additional record mapping is required to integrate the template’s exports and imports with your ServiceNow and NetSuite apps.

Note that all of your flows are disabled when first installed. After configuring the flows, you may enable them in your Flows dashboard or in Flow Builder with the Off/On toggle button and then run or schedule each flow.

ServiceNow incidents to NetSuite cases

This integration flow syncs ServiceNow incidents as NetSuite cases. When a new incident is created or an existing incident is updated in ServiceNow, the integration flow exports incidents from ServiceNow incidents to NetSuite cases.

Before you begin

  • The ServiceNow company name and the NetSuite company name should be the same.

  • The ServiceNow caller name and the NetSuite contact name should be the same.

  • The contact should be present inside the respective company.

Setup instructions

  • Configure the following dynamic mapping according to your business requirements in Import NetSuite cases, before running the flow.

NetSuite customers to ServiceNow companies

This integration flow syncs NetSuite customers as ServiceNow companies. When a new customer is created or an existing customer is updated in NetSuite, the integration flow exports customers from NetSuite to ServiceNow companies.

NetSuite contacts to ServiceNow users

This integration flow syncs NetSuite contacts as ServiceNow users. When a new contact is created or an existing customer is updated in NetSuite, the integration flow exports contacts from NetSuite to ServiceNow users. The NetSuite company name and the ServiceNow company name should be the same.
