Set up a connection to Fulfil

Fulfil is a cloud ERP platform built for e-commerce and wholesale businesses to manage inventory, orders, financials, and operations in one unified system.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Name your connection *

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.

API type *

Choose your Fulfil API type:

  • Channel: Sync orders, products, inventory, and fulfillment updates with sales channels.

  • 3PL: Send fulfillment requests and sync shipment details with third-party logistics providers.

  • Carrier: Create labels, get rates, and sync tracking updates with shipping carriers.

Merchant subdomain *

Enter your Fulfil channel merchant’s subdomain. For example, if your URL is https://apple.fulfil.io, then apple is your subdomain.

Channel JWT *

Enter your Fulfil channel merchant’s JWT. For detailed information, see Tokens.

Multiple layers of protection, including AES 256 encryption, are in place to keep your token safe. When editing this connection, you must re-enter this value each time; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.

Merchant subdomain *

Enter your Fulfil 3PL merchant’s subdomain. For example, if your URL is https://apple.fulfil.io, then apple is your subdomain.

3PL JWT *

Enter your Fulfil 3PL JWT. For detailed information, see Tokens.

Callback base URL *

Enter your Fulfil carrier merchant’s callback base URL.

Username *

Enter your Fulfil carrier merchant’s account username.

Password *

Enter your Fulfil carrier merchant’s account password.
