The Zoho CRM – NetSuite integration template enables you to seamlessly connect your Zoho CRM account with your NetSuite ERP system. This template includes prebuilt integration flows that automate key business processes by syncing Zoho CRM accounts to NetSuite customers, Zoho CRM contacts to NetSuite contacts, and Zoho CRM sales orders to NetSuite sales orders, ensuring consistent and up-to-date data across both platforms.

To install the Zoho CRM – NetSuite template:

Navigate to integrator.io > Marketplace.

Find the Zoho CRM – NetSuite template and click Preview. The Install template page appears.

Review the template’s contents and the ReadMe file, and click Install now to begin.

Install the template.
Additional record mapping is required to integrate the template’s exports and imports with your Zoho CRM and NetSuite apps.
Note that all of your flows are disabled when first installed. After configuring the flows, you may enable them in your Flows dashboard or in Flow Builder with the Off/On toggle button and then run or schedule each flow.
This integration flow syncs Zoho CRM accounts to NetSuite customers. When a new account is created or an existing account is updated in Zoho CRM, the integration flow exports account records from Zoho CRM and imports them as customer records in NetSuite.
