After you install the template, additional record mapping is required to integrate the template’s exports and imports with your Recurly and NetSuite apps.

Note that all of your flows are disabled when first installed. After configuring the flows, you can enable them in your Flows dashboard or in Flow Builder with the Off/On toggle button. Then run or schedule each flow.

Recurly accounts to NetSuite customers

This flow syncs Recurly accounts as NetSuite customers. When accounts are created/updated in Recurly, this integration flow exports accounts from Recurly to NetSuite customers.

Flow details

• Export source: Recurly
• Built-in export: Get Recurly accounts - get all accounts from Recurly.
• Import destination: NetSuite
• Built-in import: Import NetSuite customers - add/update customers into NetSuite using Celigo[AT]_Recurly_AccountID field as the lookup identifier.

Setup instructions

1. Add subsidiary mapping according to your business requirements in Import NetSuite customers, before running the flow.
2. Configure the following hard-coded mapping according to your business requirement in  Import NetSuite customers, before you run the flow.

Recurly invoices to NetSuite invoices

This flow syncs Recurly invoices as NetSuite invoices. When invoices are created/updated in Recurly, this integration flow exports invoices from Recurly to NetSuite invoices.

Flow details

• Export source: Recurly
• Built-in export: Get Recurly invoices - get all invoices from Recurly that have been modified since this flow last ran.
• Import destination: NetSuite
• Built-in lookup: Get Recurly plan by ID - get a plan from Recurly by ID.
• Built-in import: Import NetSuite invoices - add/ignore invoices into NetSuite using invoice# as the lookup identifier.

Before you begin

1. Make sure the products in Recurly and items in NetSuite are the same.
2. Make sure the accounts in Recurly and customers in NetSuite are the same.

Setup instructions 

1. Configure the following static mapping according to your business requirement in  Import NetSuite invoices, before you run the flow.

Recurly account credit invoices to NetSuite credit memos

This flow syncs Recurly account credit invoices as NetSuite credit memos. When credits are created in Recurly, this integration flow exports account credit invoices from Recurly to NetSuite credit memos.

• Built-in import: Import NetSuite credit memos - add/ignore credit memos into NetSuite using PO as the lookup identifier.

Before you begin

1. Make sure the plans in Recurly and items in NetSuite are the same.
2. Make sure the accounts in Recurly and customers in NetSuite are the same.
3. Pass the product code, while creating credit in Recurly.

Recurly transactions to NetSuite customer payments

This flow syncs Recurly transactions as NetSuite customer payments. When transactions are created in Recurly, this integration flow exports transactions from Recurly to NetSuite customer payments.

2. Make sure the Recurly invoices are also present in NetSuite invoices.

Recurly new subscriptions to NetSuite cash sales

This flow syncs Recurly new subscriptions as NetSuite cash sales. When subscriptions are created in Recurly, this integration flow exports subscriptions from Recurly to NetSuite cash sales.

This flow syncs Recurly subscriptions change as NetSuite cash sales. When subscriptions are created/changed/canceled in Recurly, this integration flow exports subscriptions from Recurly to NetSuite cash sales.

This flow syncs NetSuite customers as Recurly billing info. When customers are updated in NetSuite, this integration flow exports customers from NetSuite to Recurly accounts billing info.

• Built-in import: Import Recurly account billing info - delete account billing info in Recurly using the account ID as the lookup identifier.

• Built-in import: Import NetSuite customers - update customers into NetSuite using the ID as the lookup identifier.
