Integration app compatible with Adobe Commerce 2.4.9 edition
The integration app is now compatible with the Commerce (Enterprise) and Community editions of Adobe Commerce 2.4.9, including support for PHP 8.5 and PHP 8.4. The integration app has been tested, validated, and approved by Adobe for this version. You can find the updated extension on the Adobe Commerce Marketplace.

Prevent duplicate Magento customer records when customer email addresses change
Fixed an issue where updating a customer's email address in NetSuite could create a duplicate customer record in Magento instead of updating the existing record.
The Customer export flow now uses the Magento Customer ID (eTailCustomerID) together with the website ID as the primary key to identify existing Magento customer records. If the Magento Customer ID is unavailable, the flow continues to use the existing email and website ID lookup. This change preserves data integrity and prevents duplicate customer records when customer email addresses change.
