Celigo platform 2026.5.1 release notes

Platform

  • Tools in flows: You can now reuse Tool-based business logic directly within your flows as an import step. This allows you to standardize logic across the platform and reduces maintenance by eliminating the need to duplicate configurations previously limited to Agents. Learn more about how to use tool import steps in a flow.

  • Celigo Ora error analysis: You can now resolve integration errors faster with AI-powered guidance directly from the errors page. Celigo Ora analyzes the specific context of an error to provide plain-language explanations and recommended next steps, reducing the need for manual troubleshooting or support tickets. Learn more about error management with Celigo Ora.

  • MFA enforcement at sign-in: Multifactor authentication (MFA) is now mandatory for all paid accounts to enhance platform security. Newly converted accounts receive a 7-day grace period, while existing users will see a streamlined setup flow during sign-in to ensure integrations and data remain protected.

  • Lookup cache management: You can now register and maintain lookup caches within an integration workspace. A new Lookup Caches tab provides a central location to browse, search, and perform common actions like purging or de-registering caches without deleting the underlying data. Learn more about registering lookup caches and creating aliases

  • Integration workspace creation roles: Admins can now allow “Monitor all” and “Custom” roles to create, clone, and install integrations. Team members now have more autonomy to manage resources while maintaining security boundaries for connections they do not own.

  • Error management workspace: You can now triage and resolve errors more efficiently using a completely redesigned error management workspace built for faster investigation and action. Instead of working across inconsistent  views, you get a streamlined experience featuring a personalized errors table where you can add, remove, reorder, and resize columns. Dedicated columns for Trace Key, Error ID, Assigned To, and Tags keep critical data structured, while a more powerful search engine lets you locate errors instantly by message, code, assignee, or tag. Additionally, you can now perform bulk actions (Retry, Resolve, Assign, and Tag) consistently across both Open and Resolved tabs, edit retry data inline without losing your place, and use sequential navigation to move through issues rapidly. Learn more about the Errors page, a workspace to manage errors

  • Execution logging defaults: Execution logs now default to Basic instead of No logs for all new Celigo accounts. This update provides your team with immediate, run-level, and record-level visibility into flow performance without requiring manual setup. For existing accounts, this default is rolling out in phases, and your team can continue to adjust logging levels at any time within your existing integration settings. No action is required, as the update applies automatically. Learn more about default Basic logging.

  • Alias support for lookup caches: You can now reference lookup caches using meaningful aliases instead of internal IDs, making your scripts and configurations more portable across environments. Celigo now automatically generates an alias ID when a lookup cache is registered, and you can assign custom aliases through the Create alias form at the integration tile level. Because these aliases remain stable during lifecycle management operations—including clones, snapshots, and merges—your references stay intact as you move integrations from sandbox to production. Learn more about registering lookup caches and creating aliases

  • Primary SSO account management: You can now change or remove your primary SSO account directly from Security settings, providing more flexibility for users who need to update their identity provider link after initial setup.

  • Enhanced postSubmit hook responses: The _json object in postSubmit hooks is now consistently populated with full response data from the import application, even when an error occurs. This provides the visibility needed to build more robust error-handling and logging logic.

  • Accurate endpoint counting for HTTP, FTP, and database connections: Endpoint usage tracking is now more precise for metered license plans. Previously, changing a connection's host (for example, a.com to b.com) was counted as a single endpoint for the month. Now, if both the original and new hosts are used in flow runs within the same billing month, they are counted as separate endpoints. This change ensures endpoint usage accurately reflects the infrastructure used, with counts resetting monthly. Admins and builders gain a full audit trail showing the connections and flows responsible for each endpoint count. Learn more about your account's capacity.

  • Enhanced Stack Security (Framework 2.0): All new stacks created in Celigo now use Framework 2.0. Learn more about Framework 2.0.

  • OAuth token exchange via On-Prem Agent: You can now route OAuth authentication traffic through the On-Prem Agent (OPA) for connections to systems hosted behind private networks. This enhancement allows you to use OAuth with internal authorization servers or systems using private DNS without exposing those servers to the public internet. While cloud-based connection behavior remains unchanged, this update ensures secure, compliant authentication for enterprise hybrid use cases. Ensure your agent is updated to the latest version to support these private endpoint OAuth flows. Learn more about OAuth token exchange via OPAs.

  • Deep link support for all platform components: You can now use dedicated URLs to link directly to specific input and output nodes in Tool builder, with improved navigation that returns you to the canvas when a tab is closed.

Connectivity

  • Visual folder browsing for cloud storage integrations: You can now visually browse and select folders via an interactive tree directory when configuring Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, and Azure Blob Storage connections. This enhancement builds on previous updates by allowing you to navigate folders by double-clicking and selecting your destination directly from an active connection. The interface automatically adapts to the provider type, displaying Google Drive Shared Drives as navigable root nodes alongside My Drive, and introducing a convenient browse button next to Handlebars inputs for bucket or container stores like Azure Blob Storage.

  • Provider ID folder targeting: You can now target specific folders using their unique provider ID rather than relative file paths, which eliminates errors caused by case sensitivity or indexing delays. This update also introduces the ability to select Google Drive Shared Drives as a first-class option within your flow configuration. Previously, you were required to type out exact directory paths; now, you can switch the directory mode to use a Folder ID copied directly from the provider's URL. This capability is available for Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, and Azure Blob Storage.

  • Blob import Handlebars resolution: Blob imports can now resolve Handlebars expressions within the Relative URI at runtime. This significant enhancement allows for dynamic parameter generation—such as HMAC signatures, timestamps, and tokens—to be included directly in the blob import target URL.
