TikTok – NetSuite Order to Cash quickstart integration template

The TikTok - NetSuite Order-to-Cash integration template lets you sync TikTok Shop order-to-cash data with NetSuite. The template includes prebuilt flows to create NetSuite Sales Orders and Invoices from TikTok Shop orders, update TikTok order status on NetSuite orders, create TikTok Shop shipments from NetSuite fulfillments, sync NetSuite order cancellations to TikTok Shop, and auto-bill eligible NetSuite TikTok orders.

Gather your credentials

Before you install

Keep your TikTok Shop and NetSuite account details ready.

TikTok Shop - verify APIs and authorization

Before you configure the TikTok connection, make sure you have the required TikTok Shop app and authorization details.

You must have:

• TikTok Shop app access
• TikTok Shop App key
• Authorization details required by the TikTok Shop connection
• TikTok Shop details required in the template settings:
  • TikTok Shop ID
  • TikTok Cipher

NetSuite - verify bundle and authorization

Before you configure the NetSuite connection, make sure your NetSuite account is ready.

You must have:

• A NetSuite user/role with access to the required transaction records, custom records, and saved searches
• A working NetSuite Connection in integrator.io
• The related NetSuite bundle is installed

Install the related bundle that contains the required custom record types, saved searches, and fields:

Install the TikTok - NetSuite Order to Cash template

To install the template:

1. Navigate to integrator.io > Marketplace.
2. Search for TikTok - NetSuite Order to Cash template.
3. Open the template and review the template contents.
4. Click Install now.
5. Configure a connection to NetSuite (Token-based authentication).
6. Configure TikTok connection.
7. Install the Integrator SuiteApp.
8. Install Copy resources now from template zip.
9. Complete the installation.

Configure the TikTok - NetSuite Order to Cash template

Review any specific mappings before running the flows to ensure the template uses the correct TikTok Shop and NetSuite values.

After installation, review and test all flows before enabling or scheduling them. By default, the order and status flows use delta exports to pull records that were created or updated since the last successful run. You can enable flows from the Flows dashboard or in Flow Builder using the Off/On toggle.

Configure Orders (Seller Fulfilled)

The Orders (Seller Fulfilled) flow group creates NetSuite Sales Orders from TikTok Shop orders where the fulfillment type is seller Fulfilled.

Before you begin

Before running these flows:

• The TikTok order customer email must match a NetSuite customer email.
• The TikTok order line item seller_sku must match the NetSuite item name/internal name used by the item lookup.
• The TikTok order status and fulfillment type must exist in the related NetSuite custom records.
• Review customer-specific values in the Create Order import, such as shipping method, payment method, location, tax code, and terms.

Setup instructions

1. Use TikTok Order to NetSuite Order (Add - On-Demand Sync) to test one TikTok Shop order before enabling the scheduled flow.
2. In Settings > Orders (Seller Fulfilled), enter the TikTok Shop order ID in Fulfilled by Seller Order ID.
3. Run TikTok Order to NetSuite Order (Add - On-Demand Sync).
4. Verify that a NetSuite Sales Order is created.
5. Clear Fulfilled by Seller Order ID.
6. Review the Create Order import mappings. If required, replace any default values, such as shipping method, payment method, location, tax code, and terms.

7. Enable and schedule TikTok Order to NetSuite Order (Add) after the on-demand test is successful.
8. Enable and schedule TikTok Order Status Update to NetSuite (Add/Update) after Sales Orders are syncing correctly.

Configure Orders (TikTok Fulfilled)

The Orders (TikTok Fulfilled) flow group creates NetSuite Invoices from TikTok Shop orders where the fulfillment type is TikTok Fulfilled.

Before you begin

Before running these flows:

• The TikTok order customer email must match a NetSuite customer email.
• The TikTok order line item seller_sku must match the NetSuite item name/internal name used by the item lookup.
• The TikTok order status and fulfillment type must exist in the related NetSuite custom records.
• Review customer-specific values in the Create Invoice import, such as shipping method, payment method, location, and tax code.

Setup instructions

1. Use TikTok Order to NetSuite Invoice (Add - On-Demand Sync) to test one TikTok Shop order before enabling the scheduled flow.
2. In Settings > Orders (TikTok Fulfilled), enter the TikTok Shop order ID in Fulfilled by TikTok Order ID.
3. Run TikTok Order to NetSuite Invoice (Add - On-Demand Sync).
4. Verify that a NetSuite Invoice is created.
5. Clear Fulfilled by TikTok Order ID.
6. Review the Create Invoice import mappings. If required, replace any customer-specific default values, such as shipping method, payment method, location, and tax code.

7. Enable and schedule TikTok Order to NetSuite Invoice (Add) after the on-demand test is successful.

Configure Shipments

The Shipments flow group creates TikTok Shop shipment packages from NetSuite Item Fulfillment records.

Flow

NetSuite Fulfillments to TikTok Shipments (Add)

This flow exports NetSuite Item Fulfillment records and creates TikTok Shop shipment packages. After TikTok Shop returns a package ID, the flow updates the NetSuite Item Fulfillment record.

Before you begin

Before running this flow:

• The original TikTok Shop order must exist.
• The corresponding NetSuite Sales Order must exist.
• The NetSuite Item Fulfillment must contain the TikTok order and line-level details required by the shipment export.
• Tracking number and shipping provider details must be available before the flow runs.

Setup instructions

1. Review the Get Fulfillments export.
2. Confirm the export uses the correct saved search: customsearch_hb_tiktok_fulfillments_exp
3. Update or remove any sample saved search criteria before running the flow.
4. Verify that the saved search returns the Item Fulfillment records that should be exported to TikTok Shop.
5. Run NetSuite Fulfillments to TikTok Shipments (Add).
6. Verify that the TikTok Shop shipment package is created.
7. Verify that NetSuite is updated with:
   • TikTok package ID
   • TikTok fulfillment exported flag

Configure Cancellations

The Cancellations flow group sends NetSuite order cancellations to TikTok Shop.

Flow

NetSuite Orders Cancellations to TikTok (Add)

This flow exports NetSuite Sales Orders that should be cancelled in TikTok Shop. After TikTok Shop returns a cancellation ID, the flow updates the NetSuite Sales Order.

Setup instructions

1. Review the Get Order Cancellations export.
2. Confirm the export uses the correct saved search: customsearch_hb_tiktok_order_cancel
3. Verify that the saved search returns only NetSuite Sales Orders that should be cancelled in TikTok Shop.
4. Run NetSuite Orders Cancellations to TikTok (Add).
5. Verify that the cancellation is created in TikTok Shop.
6. Verify that NetSuite is updated with:
   • TikTok cancellation exported flag
   • TikTok cancellation ID

Configure Billing

The Billing flow group creates NetSuite Invoices from eligible NetSuite TikTok Sales Orders.

Flow

NetSuite TikTok Orders to Invoices (Auto-Bill)

This flow exports eligible NetSuite Sales Orders and transforms them into NetSuite Invoices.

Before you begin

Before running this flow:

• TikTok Shop orders must already exist as NetSuite Sales Orders.
• The Sales Orders must be eligible for invoicing in NetSuite.
• The saved search must return only Sales Orders that should be billed.
• Tax rate and line-level values must be reviewed before enabling the flow.

Setup instructions

1. Review the Get Orders export in the Billing flow.
2. Confirm the export uses the correct saved search: customsearch_hb_tiktok_orders_to_invoice
3. Verify that the saved search returns only Sales Orders ready for invoice creation.
4. Run NetSuite TikTok Orders to Invoices (Auto-Bill).
5. Verify that the NetSuite Invoice is created.
6. Verify invoice line tax rates and item lines.

Configure Helpers

The Helpers flow group includes the TikTok Find Authorized Shops flow.

Flow

TikTok Find Authorized Shops

This flow retrieves authorized TikTok Shop details for the configured TikTok connection.

Setup instructions

1. Configure the TikTok connection.
2. Run TikTok Find Authorized Shops.
3. Review the returned shop details.
4. Use the returned shop details to confirm the correct TikTok Shop connection and setup values.

Recommended first-time setup order

Use this order when configuring the template for the first time:

1. Install NetSuite bundle 519054.
2. Configure the NetSuite Connection.
3. Configure the TikTok connection.
4. Go to Settings > General and configure:
   • TikTok Shop ID
   • TikTok Cipher
5. Run TikTok Find Authorized Shops to verify the authorized TikTok Shop.
6. Test one seller-fulfilled order using TikTok Order to NetSuite Order (Add - On-Demand Sync).
7. Test one TikTok-fulfilled order using TikTok Order to NetSuite Invoice (Add - On-Demand Sync), if TikTok-fulfilled orders are in scope.
8. Review mappings and saved searches.
9. Enable scheduled order flows.
10. Enable downstream flows:
    • TikTok Order Status Update to NetSuite (Add/Update)
    • NetSuite TikTok Orders to Invoices (Auto-Bill)
    • NetSuite Fulfillments to TikTok Shipments (Add)
