Set up a connection to DealHub

DealHub is a quote-to-revenue (Q2R) platform that streamlines CPQ, contract management, and deal approvals.

Set up a connection

After you start the connection, configure it in the Create connection panel and complete all of the required * authentication settings:

Setting Instructions
Name your connection *

Enter a clear and distinguishable name.

Throughout integrator.io imports and exports, you will have the option to choose this new connection. A unique identifier will prove helpful later when selecting it from a list of the connections in your account.
API type *

Choose your DealHub API type:

  • Core: Manage core quote-to-revenue resources, including customers, products, pricing, quotes, contracts, subscriptions, invoices, and related business data.
  • Subskribe: Manage event subscriptions and receive real-time notifications about resource changes, enabling event-driven integrations and workflow automation.
  • External: Exchange data with external systems, synchronize business processes, and extend quote-to-revenue workflows through custom integrations.
Token * Enter the DealHub token. For detailed information on retrieving the token, see Authentication.
Multiple layers of protection are in place, including AES 256 encryption, to keep your connection’s token safe. When editing this form later, you must enter this token again; it is stored only when the connection is saved and never displayed as text.
Specific to External API type:
External API base URL * Enter your external system API base URL that hosts DealHub External query or Callout endpoints. For example, https://api.acmecorp.com/dealhub/data-query
Auth type * Select your DealHub External API authentication type (Basic or Token)
Username * Enter the External system username.
Password * Enter the External system password.
